Corporate Milestones

2012

Shanghai Shangchao Performance Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in Minhang District, Shanghai in March 2012.
2012-2015

By leveraging markets in Shanghai and across China, and backed by its production capabilities in Taizhou, Jiangsu, and Shanghai, Shangchao has completed numerous large-scale stage machinery projects.
2016

Jiangsu Worster Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2016.
2017-2018

As a supporting processing factory of Shanghai Shangchao Company, Jiangsu Worster is engaged in the R&D and production of on-stage machinery, under-stage machinery, and stage machinery control systems.
2019-2025

Jiangsu Worster operates independently, focusing on the R&D, production, sales, and after-sales services of stage machinery equipment.
2025

Jiangsu Worster Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed to Rentezhihe (Jiangsu) Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. in June 2025.
